I was doing just fine on catching up to TRC. I was reading only maybe a volume at a time, and getting other stuff done too. I could have quit at any time. And then I hit the Acid Tokyo arc.

Oh, hey, that Pr0ntober thing! Yeah, I've kind of failed on that one, if it isn't obvious. I will get all the requests finished, I swear! But it may take me a little longer, since I sort of went insane and decided NaNoWriMo would be a good idea. I'll shoot for Thanksgiving, though. I admit that the Boogiepop manga makes me curious about the novel and the anime-- Doesn't Laugh more so than Dual: Loser's Circus, mainly because the only really interesting thing about LC is that it was drawn by the same man who does Blood Alone, and to me his art is second only to the guy who did Lament of the Lamb. But at the same time, what I have gathered of the anime is that mind-altering substances are required for it to make any damn sense, which makes me wary about putting down money on the novel. I can only drink so much before I fall asleep. Additionally, "The Puppetmaster" is even creepier on a larger screen. Nrg.

Drabble ficlets 5 & 6 - Skai and AtheLICE So this goes on the list of Things I Did Not Expect To Write On First Introduction To A Series. Ozai; draconian. Warning: The prompt should say it all, but to be fair: serious creepiness. ( Preservation )Azula; What's going on in Azula's mind during that bedroom scene~ Note: Follow up to Preservation; therefore, more serious creepiness. Also, kirins are the "king maker" animal in Chinese mythology. ( Reservation )

PR0NTOBER CELEBRATIONWhat is pr0ntober, you ask? It's pretty simple. It's us, you and me and whoever feels like it, celebrating the smuttier side of things by saturating the month of October in dirty business as much as possible. But how does it work specifically? It's pretty simple! 1. You make a post announcing your participation and asking your flist for prompts consisting of a fandom, a pairing and a prompt. Feel free to put a cap on how many requests you'll take. 2. Write drabblets, ficlets, novellas, whatever you like in response to the prompts. Not every response has to be full of filth. Last year, some responses were totally PWP; others merely alluded to making humpies. Pr0ntober is also about being sexy, not just sex. 3. Let jaina know! So she can make a master post with links to the participants and their responses once they're up. Anything you know I'm reading/watching is fair game; quality and speed of delivery is not guarenteed. Asking for series I'm not up to canon on (i.e. basically everything but Avatar ¬_¬) may cause skewed results.
